I found your catalog 15+ years ago, at my first (and only) formal jewelry-making class, and immediately became obsessed experimenting with your products. Life has never been the same!
Just as your company has grown through the years, I too have grown as an artist. I am now an award-winning designer and continue to use your products for almost all of my jewelry designs. As a long-time subscriber to your catalog and various bead magazines, I am honored to have won several of your competitions and to see my designs featured in your catalog ads. As a frequent contributing designer to Simply Beads magazine and DRG network, I have regularly listed your company as a supply source for many of my projects.
I continue to find your selection unsurpassed and your products to be of excellent quality. It is an understatement when I say your service is honest, heartfelt and reliable. You have an incredible staff and the friendliest customer service I have ever encountered- anywhere! As a former Oregonian, I am especially proud to be a customer of Fire Mountain Gems and Beads. My only regret is that I never came to visit when I lived there but I do go back to my left-coast home occasionally and one of these days, I will.
