Just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with my order that I received today. First time that I have ordered from your company and I'm very, very impressed. The quality of the items I ordered was first rate and the way in which it was packaged was more than first rate. Loved the little ziploc baggies in which the beads came in, as this makes it so handy not to have to repackage them for my use. Also, loved the personal touches throughout the packing process. It makes you feel like you really matter as a customer. Please let your employees working in packing and shipping know what an extraordinary job that they do, as I feel letting your workers know that someone appreciates their time and efforts is important for them as well.
