"Tila" is derived from the Japanese word meaning flat. Made by Miyuki of Japan, makers of popular Delica® seed beads, Tila beads have a uniform flat, 5x5mm square shape and dual beading holes. Use these beads for:

• Joining strands together
• Spacer beads
• Checkerboard and weaving patterns

To broaden designing horizons, some of the colors now offered include:

• Bright colors such as transparent strawberry, opaque matte mint green and satin matte rich yellow
• Natural and neutral colors such as opaque white and transparent matte luster oyster
• Dark rich metallics including dark olive, golden rainbow and silver-grey

Each color is available in 10-, 40- and 250-gram package sizes.
