Art Clay® uses a water-based clay material and suspends silver particles within, creating "metal clay." Once you create and fire your work of art, the unwanted residue burns off, leaving only the fine silver along with a non-toxic powder. Brush off the powder and you're left with a shimmering silver treasure. The silver particles themselves come from reprocessing of old film. We have it it in a wide variety of package sizes. Interested in more tools? Look here. Need books? We have a couple of stunning tomes which give detailed instructions for various Art Clay® techniques. Although not absolutely necessary, we even have a kiln for firing multiple pieces at one time. Not sure, or need some more encouragement? See our step-by-step instructions and view our videos below. We are so enthusiastic about this product we placed a number of customer service personnel through extensive training. We now have certified Level 1 instructors on staff.
