Is there an exercise I can do to help strengthen my fingers so I can bead longer without fatigue?

Don't we all wish we could bead longer?! Here's what I have found that works, and you can do this exercise anywhere. All you need is a small, wide (approximately 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch wide) rubber band.

Place the rubber band around your thumb and index finger, stretch out the rubber band as far as you can and hold for 5-10 seconds. Repeat the exercise with the band wrapped around your thumb and each of your other fingers, then do the same with your other hand. It may feel a bit silly at first, but trust me, you'll notice a difference after a few days.
