I love to bead but sometimes my wrists and forearms feel cramped from the tension I'm putting on the muscles while I'm beading. Are there any stretches that would help alleviate the cramping?

Place one arm out straight in front of you at shoulder level with your palm facing up. Using your other hand, gently press your fingertips downward and towards yourself. Hold the stretch for 5 to 30 seconds. Repeat on the other side. Also try it with your palm facing downward, pressing your fingertips upward and towards yourself.
