Q.
How do you attach a fold clasp to beading wire?
- Crawford
A.
Traditional fold-over clasps can be attached by using two jumprings. One jumpring is connected on one side of the beaded strand and the loop of the fold-over clasp, the second jumpring is attached to the other end of the strand where you pass the open end of the clasp in order to secure it. To learn how to open a jumpring and crimp a crimp tube to finish a bracelet or necklace with a fold-over clasp, refer to the following illustrated tutorials.
