What can I use to cut memory wire with other than memory wire shears?

Memory wire is an extremely thick coil of tempered steel wire. If you use your regular wire-cutters to cut it, your wire-cutter may be permanently ruined. I've used heavy duty wire-cutters from the hardware store in the past but I still don't get a smooth cut and they're tough on your hands which can lead to trouble over time. Memory wire shears are specifically for cutting memory wire, therefore, I seriously recommend them for the job.
