 Crimping a Crimp Bead/Crimp Tube

Looking at the closed jaws of the tool you will note the two crimp forming areas - the initial crimpring station (E) and the final rounding station (F).

Step 1
The Accu-Flex® beading wire or monofilament (C) is passed through the last bead (A), and the crimp bead or crimp tube, then through the clasp or jumpring, back through the crimp, and then optionally back through the end bead (A).
Step 2
The crimp bead or tube is fully secured to the cord in the crimping station (E - shown above). Best Results are obtained when the two Accu-Flex® beading wires are positioned on either side of the center dimple.
Step 3
The final shaping is carried out in the rounding station (F - shown above).

Special Tip:

The small size of the formed crimp allows it to be hidden in a crimp cover, creating a well finished piece.
