  • Pin vise, wire rounder
  • Wire

    Step 1
    Wire-Rounder Tool/Pin Vise Step 1
    Assemble pin vise with a size appropriate collet and a cup bur attachment.
    Step 2
    Wire-Rounder Tool/Pin Vise Step 2
    Hold the pin vise handle and insert wire end into cup bur.
    Step 3
    Wire-Rounder Tool/Pin Vise Step 3
    Grasp the knurled steel chuck and turn the cup bur.
    Step 4
    Wire-Rounder Tool/Pin Vise Step 4
    Repeat until wire end is rounded.
