Step 1
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, cut a gold-plated brass eyepin to 1-inch and form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire. Repeat to create a total of six double-ended gold-plated eyepins.
Step 2
String one silver-colored brass 19mm cone onto a silver-plated eyepin. Using nylon jaw pliers flatten the cone around the wire of the eyepin to keep it securely in place. Cut the straight end of the eyepin 1-inch above the top of the cone and form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire. Using nylon jaw pliers, flatten the entire cone working from the bottom up. Repeat to create a total of ten 1-inch flat silver-colored brass 19mm cones and four 1/2 inch flat silver-colored brass 19mm cones.
Repeat to create a total of ten 1-inch flat brass cones, four 1/2 inch flat brass 31mm cones and six 1/8 inch flat brass cones, using a brass 31mm cone and a gold-plated brass eyepin.
