Step 1
Using flush-cutters cut one 17-inch length of gunmetal-plated 2.4mm ball chain.
Step 2
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers close a side clamp bead tip over the last 2.4mm ball on one end of the chain. Repeat to attach a bead tip to the opposite side of the chain.
Step 3
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers open a 5mm jumpring. Pass it through the loop on the lobster claw clasp and the loop on the bead tip on the first side of the chain. Close the jumpring. Repeat to attach a closed 8x6mm jumpring and bead tip attached to the opposite end of the chain.
Step 4
String one 10mm round pyrite bead onto a headpin. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire creating a 10mm round pyrite bead drop.
Step 5
Form a chain of four sets of one 6x4mm oval jumpring and one 9mm jumpring. Attach the last 9mm jumpring to the first 6x4mm oval jumpring to create a loop.
Step 6
Open a 6x4mm oval jumpring. Pass it over the first 9mm jumpring in the loop formed in Step 5, and a 9mm jumpring (right side). Close the jumpring.
Open a 6x4mm oval jumpring. Pass it over the second 9mm jumpring in the loop formed in Step 5, and the 9mm jumpring (right side). Close the jumpring.
Open a 6x4mm oval jumpring. Pass it over the third 9mm jumpring in the loop formed in Step 5, and the 9mm jumpring (right side). Close the jumpring.
Open a 6x4mm oval jumpring. Pass it over the fourth 9mm jumpring in the loop formed in Step 5, and the 9mm jumpring (right side). Close the jumpring.
This will complete the bottom of the jumpring box.
