Necklace

Step 1
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open four gold-plated 5mm jumprings. Pass one jumpring through the loop on one gold-plated 14x8mm lobster claw clasp. Close the jumpring.
Step 2
String onto one gold-plated 2-inch headpin, one Swarovski Montana AB 6mm bicone. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters form a wrapped loop on the straight end of the wire forming a Montana bicone drop.
Step 3
Using flush-cutters cut one 20-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
Step 4
String onto the beading wire one gold-filled 2x2mm crimp bead and the jumpring on the gold-plated 14x8mm lobster claw clasp. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the jumpring on the clasp leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one gold-plated 4mm corrugated crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
Step 5
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • One copper cultured freshwater pearl
  • One gold-finished 6x3mm rondelle
  • Twenty copper cultured freshwater pearls
  • One Swarovski and gold-plated crystal AB 4x2mm rondelle
  • One copper cultured freshwater pearl
  • Six metallic gold seed beads

Step 6
Continue to string the following:

  • One Swarovski and gold-plated crystal AB 8x3.5mm rondelle
  • One iris blue cultured freshwater pearl
  • Approximately 1-1/2 inches of metallic gold seed beads
  • One Swarovski crystal astral pink 37x30mm wild heart focal (heart focal will rest over seed beads)
Pass the beading wire back through the iris blue cultured freshwater pearl, the Swarovski and gold-plated crystal AB 8x3.5mm rondelle and the Swarovski crystal copper 12x8mm rondelle. (Creating a seed bead loop around the heart focal.)
Step 7
Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 5 in the opposite direction to string the second half of the necklace.
Step 8
String onto the beading wire one gold-filled 2x2mm crimp bead and one gold-plated 7x5mm jumpring. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the jumpring leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one gold-plated 4mm corrugated crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
Step 9

Pass one gold-plated 5mm jumpring gold-plated 7x5mm jumpring through the previous jumpring and a second gold-plated 7x5mm jumpring. Close the jumpring. Repeat once more to create a jumpring chain.

Pass one gold-plated 5mm jumpring through the wrapped loop on the Montana bicone drop and the gold-plated 7x5mm jumpring on the end of the jumpring chain. Close the jumpring.
