Necklace

Step 1
Using flush-cutters cut the following:
  • Six 6-inch lengths of sterling silver 1.5mm ball chain
  • Six 6-inch lengths of silver-finished brass 1.5mm ball chain
  • Six 6-inch lengths of silver-plated brass 1.5mm Venetian box chain
  • One 6-inch and three 2-inch lengths of sterling silver 24-gauge round wire
Step 2
Match one end of six 6-inch lengths of sterling silver 1.5mm ball chain, six 6-inch lengths of silver-finished brass 1.5mm ball chain and six 6-inch lengths of silver-plated brass 1.5mm Venetian box chain. Wrap the center of a 6-inch length of wire 3 inches from the end of the eighteen lengths of chain. Twist the wire above the chains to hold them in place. Apply Helmar® clear sealant to the center of the chains around the wire to help secure them in place. Allow adhesive to dry.
Step 3
Bring the ends of the wire together, and string onto the wire, one bead cap, one Swarovski 8mm crystal and silver-plated rondelle, and one 8mm round rose riverstone bead. Using a pair of bent-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, create a loop leaving the excess wire. Attach the loop through the center of the toggle ring portion of the clasp. Finish the end with a wrapped loop using round-nose pliers.
Step 4
Form the first loop leaving the excess wire on a 2-inch length of wire. Pass the loop through the loop on the toggle bar portion of the clasp. Finish the wrapped loop on the first side of the wire. String one 4mm round teal glass bead onto the wire. Finish the straight end of the wire with a wrapped loop.

Repeat to attach one 4mm round teal glass bead wrapped loop beading link to the previous beading link.

Repeat to attach one 8mm round rose riverstone bead wrapped loop beading link to the previous beading link.
Step 5
Using flush-cutters cut a 33-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire one crimp tube. Pass the wire through the opposite wrapped loop on the last 8mm round rose riverstone bead and back through the crimp tube leaving one end of the wire approximately one inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the loop. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end. Close a crimp cover over the crimp bead.
Step 6
String onto the beading wire the following:
  • One Swarovski 6mm crystal rondelle
  • One light amber facetted nugget bead
  • One Swarovski 8mm crystal and silver-plated rondelle
  • One 8mm round rose riverstone bead
  • One Swarovski 8mm crystal and silver-plated rondelle
