Ring with Wire Coils

Step 1
Use the Coiling Gizmo® to coil 5 feet of 28-gauge black Zebra Wire™ using the 1.8mm wire crank.
Repeat to coil:
Repeat to coil:
- 5 feet of 28-gauge red Zebra Wire
- 5 feet of 28-gauge magenta Zebra Wire
- 5 feet of 28-gauge brown Zebra Wire
- 5 feet of 28-gauge sapphire blue Zebra Wire
Step 2
Using flush-cutters, cut the following lengths of coiled wire:
- One 1/2 inch and two 1-inch lengths of coiled black Zebra Wire
- One 1/2 inch and two 1-inch lengths of coiled red Zebra Wire
- One 1/2 inch and two 1-inch lengths of coiled magenta Zebra Wire
- One 1/2 inch and two 1-inch lengths of coiled brown Zebra Wire
- One 1/2 inch and two 1-inch lengths of coiled sapphire blue Zebra Wire
Step 3
Using flush-cutters cut one 3-foot length of 28-gauge black Zebra Wire as a working wire.
Step 4
Using the bent-nose pliers, attach one end of the black working wire to the first loop on the ring by making four to five wraps to secure it in place.
Step 5
String onto the working wire a one 1-inch length of coiled black Zebra Wire. Pass the working wire through the third loop on the ring. String one 1/2 inch length of coiled red wire onto the working wire. Loop the working wire back through the second loop on the ring. Continue to string onto the working wire the coiled wires in a random pattern, passing the working wire back through the loops on the ring.
Step 6
After the last coiled wire is attached to the ring, pass the working wire around the fourth loop on the ring making four to five wraps to secure in place.
