  • End of Materials List
    Step 1
Cut 2 yards of white Nymo® thread from your spool. Using the end that you did not just cut, thread your needle. Using the end that comes off the spool first makes threading your needle easier because of the weave of the thread. Weave a thirteen bead wide peyote strip using Twin™ 5x2.5mm seed beads. Randomly use champagne terra pearl, peach terra pearl, crystal Venus and copper-lined clear Twin seed beads), alternating between the first hole and second hole on the first rows of beads. Leave the first row (alternating inside six beads) with the first hole on each bead left open to the outside. Continue to weave for 1 inch (5 rows of 7 beads wide and 6 rows of 6 beads). When you start the third row go into the top hole of the last bead in the second row. Continue with a peyote stitch using the top hole in every bead in the second row. When exiting the last bead in the second row weave your thread around in a figure 8 pattern and exit the lower hole in the next-to-the-last bead and go back in the top hole. Continue across in the peyote stitch. Because this is odd number peyote you will need to do a figure 8 with the thread after each complete row. Continue to weave for 1 inch (11 rows.) Weave the end of the thread back through the beads to secure the end in place. Cut off any excess thread.
Edging on one side of the woven piece
    Step 2

Cut 2 yards of white Nymo thread from your spool. Weave the thread through the beads on the first row to secure thread exiting at a bottom side bead. String onto the thread one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead and one #11 light rose seed bead. Pass the thread back through the second hole on the same Twin seed bead. Pass the thread back up through the first hole on the same Twin seed bead. String onto the thread one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead and one #11 light rose seed bead. Pass the thread back through the second hole on the same Twin seed bead. Bring the thread back up through the first hole on seed bead on the next row. String onto the thread one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead and one #11 light rose seed bead. Pass the thread back through the second hole on the first Twin seed bead.

Continue to string two sets of one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead and one #11 light rose seed bead between each set of holes along the length of the top of the woven piece.
Edging on 2nd side of the woven piece
    Step 3

Cut 2 yards of white Nymo thread from your spool. Weave the thread through the beads on the first row to secure the thread in place exiting the first hole on the Twin seed bead on the second row at the bottom. String onto the thread two #11 light rose seed beads and three #15 gold luster seed beads. Pass the thread back through the second #11 light rose seed bead. String onto the thread one #11 light rose seed bead. Pass the thread back through the second hole on the same Twin seed bead. Weave the thread around to come back out of the same hole.

Repeat to attach two #11 light rose seed beads and three #15 gold luster seed beads. Pass the thread back through the second #11 light rose seed bead. String onto the thread one #11 light rose seed bead. Pass the thread back through the first hole on the Twin seed bead on the next row. Weave the thread around to come back out of the same hole.

Repeat down the length of the 1-inch length of beads.
    Create Second Woven piece
    Step 4

Repeat Steps 1 - 3 to create a second 1-inch woven seed bead link.
    Create Center Woven piece
    Step 5

Cut 2 yards of white Nymo thread. Weave a five bead wide peyote strip using Twin 5x2.5mm seed beads. Randomly use champagne terra pearl, peach terra pearl, crystal Venus and copper-lined clear Twin seed beads, alternating between the first hole and second hole on the first rows of beads. When you start the third row go into the top hole of the last bead in the second row. Continue with a peyote stitch using the top hole in every bead in the second row. Add on one more Twin bead to the end of the third row (giving 11 beads across). Weave the thread around so you can add one more Twin bead to the fourth row (giving 12 beads across). Work the fifth row adding one bead on the same side as all the other increases. The top side of the strip will be even while the bottom side is uneven for the first 5 rows. Continue for 2 1/2 inches. Then decrease by 1 bead each row for the last 5 rows on the same side you increased on the other end.

Weave the end of the thread back through the beads to secure the end in place. Cut off any excess thread.
Edging on the top edge of the large center woven piece
    Step 6

Repeat Step 2 to attach two sets of one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead and one #11 light rose seed bead between each set of holes along the length of the top of the woven piece.
Edging on the lower edge of the large center woven piece
    Step 7

Cut 2 yards of white Nymo thread. Weave the thread through the beads on the first row to secure the thread in place exiting the first hole on the Twin seed bead on the second row at the bottom. String onto the thread one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead, one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead and one #11 light rose seed bead. Pass the thread back through the first hole on the Twin seed bead on the third row. Weave the thread around to come back out of the same hole.

Repeat to attach one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead, one #11 light rose seed bead, one #15 gold luster seed bead and one #11 light rose seed bead from the first hole on the seed bead on the third row to the first hole on the fourth row, then another set to the first hole on the seed bead on the fourth row to the first hole on the fifth row.
    Step 8
Repeat Step 3 to attach two #11 light rose seed beads and three #15 gold luster seed beads. Pass the thread back through the second #11 light rose seed bead. String onto the thread one #11 light rose seed bead. Pass the thread back through the first hole on the Twin seed bead on the next row. Weave the thread around to come back out of the same hole.

    Step 10
Cut 2 yards of white Nymo thread. String onto the thread the first hole five champagne Twin seed beads. Pass the thread back through the first hole on the first bead to create a flower shape, continue to weave the thread through the first holes on all five beads. Pass the thread up through the center and string onto the thread one gold-plated 3mm round bead. Pass the thread back down the opposite side through the 3rd seed bead in the flower and back around to the first seed bead. Pass the thread through the second (outside) hole on the first seed bead. String one gold-plated 3mm round bead between the first and second seed bead. Continue to string the thread through the second hole on each of the seed beads with a gold-plated 3mm round bead in between each set.

Position the flower on the front of the 3-1/2 inch woven link. Pass the thread though the holes on the beads directly underneath the flower around the edge of the flower to secure it in place.

Repeat to create three champagne-colored flowers and two peach-colored flowers attaching them to the front of the 3-1/2 inch woven link.
    Step 11
String one gold-plated 2.5mm round bead onto an eyepin. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a simple loop on the straight end of an eyepin. Repeat to create forty-three gold-plated 2.5mm round beading links.
