STEP 1
Mix Devcon® 5 Minute® Epoxy according to manufacturer’s instructions. Place a thin layer of adhesive on the inside rim of the gunmetal-finished round setting pendant and on the back of a aquamarine 20mm chessboard round flat back. Press the flat back into the setting. Let the adhesive set for 5 minutes. Make sure to use proper ventilation when using this product.
STEP 2
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers, open a 4mm jumpring. Pass it through the loop on the first loop on the insert portion of the clasp. Close the jumpring. Repeat to attach a 4mm jumpring to the second loop on the insert portion of the clasp and to the first and second loop on the box portion of the clasp.
STEP 3
Using flush-cutters, cut a 20-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire: one crimp tube, one silver-plated Accu-Guard™ wire protector and the jumpring attached to the first loop on the insert portion of the clasp. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the Accu-Guard. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).
Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end.
Place a crimp cover over the crimp tube then gently close it.

STEP 7
String onto the beading wire: one crimp tube, one silver-plated Accu-Guard and the first jumpring on the box portion of the chain. Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, pulling the wire tight against the Accu-Guard and the jumpring. Make sure there is no slack along the length of the necklace. Place a small amount of gel adhesive inside the crimp (optional).
Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim excess wire from the end.
Place a crimp cover over the crimp tube then gently close it.
