Comfortable purse is hand-stitched by Mayan Indians of Guatemala using recycled huipil (pronounced wee-peel), a traditional blouse worn by Mayan women. Huipil designs represent the personalities and villages that the original wearer was from including marital, wealth and religious status. Purse includes two compartments, the main pocket features a fabric lining and a zipper closure and the small front pocket has a button closure. Sizes, shapes and colors may vary with handcrafted purse. Testing for colorfastness is recommended.
