BRONZclay™ is a metal clay that can be shaped, rolled, sculpted, carved, cut and used any way you like to create custom bronze jewelry. Once shaped and dried, fire it in activated charcoal in a kiln to yield solid, pure bronze designs. Fired designs can be worked with traditional jewelry tools and techniques including sawing, riveting and patination. Economical alternative to precious metal clays.
• Must be fired in activated carbon
• Firing temperature: 1550 degrees Fahrenheit
• Composition: 11% tin and 89% copper
• Shrinkage: approximately 17-20%
