STEP 4

Side section of the necklace

Using flush-cutters, cut an 11-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire one crimp tube, a 1/2 inch piece of French wire and the jumpring attached to a loop on the bar portion of the clasp.
STEP 5
Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the French wire and the jumpring so the French wire is formed in a nicely curved tube. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end.
STEP 6
Using a 36-inch length of turquoise thread, place the center of the thread around the beading wire, near the crimp. Tie a square knot.
STEP 7
String onto the beading wire one 8mm round turquoise blue riverstone bead.
STEP 8
Pass both strands of turquoise thread over the outside of the 8mm round turquoise blue riverstone bead. Make a half-hitch knot around the beading wire under the bead, pulling any slack from the thread.
STEP 9
String onto the beading wire one of each of the following components, making a half-hitch knot using the turquoise thread under each component:
  • 8mm round rose fossil bead
  • 8mm round pink riverstone bead
  • 8mm round rose fossil bead
  • 8mm round pink riverstone bead

STEP 10
Tie another overhand knot over the last half-hitch knot.
STEP 11
String a beading needle over both strands of thread. Pass the threads back through the last 10mm round turquoise blue riverstone bead. Remove the needle then using both threads, tie an overhand knot between the last two beads.
STEP 12
Open a 4mm jumpring. Pass the jumpring through the first link on a 3-link length of sterling silver cable chain. Close the jumpring. Repeat to attach a jumpring to the last link of the 3-link length of sterling silver cable chain.
STEP 13
String onto the beading wire one crimp tube, a 1/2 inch piece of French wire and pass the wire through the 4mm jumpring attached to the first link of the sterling silver cable chain. Pass the wire back through the crimp, then pull the wire snugly so the French wire forms in a nicely curved loop. Make sure there is no slack along the length of the necklace. Place a small amount of gel adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim excess wire from the end.
STEP 14
Place a small amount of gel adhesive on turquoise thread knot next to the crimp and the knot between the last two beads.
STEP 15
Using 4mm jumprings, attach a 35x14mm open marquise drop to the jumpring between the first link of the chain and the beads, one to the first link of the chain and one to the second link of the chain.
STEP 16
Repeat Steps 4 - 14 attaching the wire to the jumpring on a loop on the toggle ring portion of the clasp.
