Necklace

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters cut one 28-inch length and one 26-inch of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
STEP 2
String onto the 26-inch length of beading wire one gold-filled 2x2mm crimp bead and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one gold-plated 4mm corrugated crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
STEP 3
Using flush-cutters remove the rings from the filigree rectangle box portion of one gold-filled 10x7mm 2-strand clasp.
STEP 4
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open four gold-plated 4mm jumprings.

Pass one jumpring through the top loop on the filigree rectangle box portion of the 2-strand clasp and the Accu-Guard on the 26-inch length of beading wire. Close the jumpring.

Repeat Steps 2 and 4 to attach the 28-inch length of beading wire to the bottom loop.

Tip: Adding a Bead Stopper™ to the end of the beading wire will keep beads in place while stringing the other strand.
STEP 6
Continue to string the following onto each length of beading wire:
  • Five Czech glass metallic gold #11 seed beads
  • One Swarovski crystal blue shade 4mm bicone
  • One end of one Swarovski and gold-plated crystal AB 17.5x2.5mm spacer bar
