Necklace

STEP 1
Use a fine needle file to gently file the bottom side of the gunmetal-plated 47x47mm flat fancy flower focal piece for optimal adherence of the molding compound.
STEP 2
Open the pink Apoxie® Sculpt, 2-part epoxy Molding compound. Mix equal parts of the epoxy for two minutes, or until thoroughly combined, to create a putty-like texture.
STEP 3
Work the epoxy into the back side of the fancy flower focal piece until it fills 30mm area in the center of the piece. Remove any excess epoxy from the edges of the frame using a carving tool. Smooth the epoxy using your finger or a piece of non-stick worksheet.
STEP 4
Gently push a Swarovski 14mm rivoli vitriol light rhinestone into the center of the epoxy.
STEP 5
Using cutting pliers cut three 4-inch lengths of clear Accu-Flex® beading wire.
STEP 6
String eight sets of one 13x7mm petal pink bead and one Swarovski 4mm bicone white opal bead onto the center of one 4-inch length of beading wire. Pass the wire back through the entire set of beads to create a loop. Pull the wire tight. Cut any excess wire from the ends. Gently push the set of petals into the epoxy around the 14mm rivoli.

Repeat to attach twelve sets of one 13x7mm petal light Maya blue bead and one Swarovski 4mm bicone light turquoise beads into the epoxy for the second row and seventeen sets of one 13x7mm petal dark violet bead and one Swarovski 4mm bicone violet beads for the third row.

Allow the apoxie to completely set.
STEP 7
Using one pair of chain-nose pliers and one pair of flat-nose pliers, open one 5mm jumpring. Pass it though the first loop on the insert portion of the clasp. Close the jumpring.

Repeat to attach one 5mm jumpring to the second and third loop on the insert portion of the clasp and one 5mm jumpring to the first and third loop on the box portion of the clasp.
STEP 8
Using wire nippers, cut a 10-inch length of Accu-Flex® Professional Quality Beading Wire. String onto the wire one crimp tube and an Accu-guard. Pass the wire through the jumpring attached to the first loop box portion of the clasp and back through the crimp tube leaving one end of the wire approximately one inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the Accu-guard. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using wire nippers, trim the excess wire from the short end.

Place a crimp cover over the crimp tube then gently close it.
STEP 9
String twenty-one sets of one Swarovski 4mm bicone violet crystal and one 6mm round frosted lavender bead onto the beading wire.
STEP 10
Place one crimp tube and one Accu-guard on the end of the wire. Pass the beading wire through the top loop on the fancy flower focal piece and back through crimp, and then pull the wire snuggly so the crimp and the Accu-guard are closer to the jumpring. Make sure there is no slack along the length of the first part of the necklace. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite) inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using wire nippers, trim excess wire from the end.

Place a crimp cover over the crimp tube then gently close it.
STEP 11
Repeat Steps 8 through 10 to attach a beading wire and eighteen sets of one Swarovski 4mm bicone violet crystal and one 8mm round frosted lavender bead from the jumpring on the third loop on the box portion of the clasp to the loop at 1 o'clock on the fancy flower focal piece.

Repeat step 8 through 10 to attach a beading wire and fifty-three sets of one Swarovski 4mm bicone violet crystal and one 6mm round frosted lavender bead from the jumpring on the first loop on the insert portion of the clasp to the loop at 7 o'clock on the fancy flower focal piece.

Repeat step 8 through 10 to attach a beading wire and forty-eight sets of one Swarovski 4mm bicone violet crystal and one 8mm round frosted lavender bead from the jumpring on the second loop on the insert portion of the clasp to the loop at 6 o'clock on the fancy flower focal piece.
