Creating an Embossed Patina Link

Place an embossing folder onto the embossing pad of the Epic™ Six Quickutz® tool. Place a patina focal into the embossing folder, positioning it on the section of the pattern you would like to be imparted onto your focal. Close the folder carefully so you do not disturb the positioning.
Place the cutting mat over the embossing folder then place the whole assembly, carefully, into the opening of the embossing tool. Crank the handle so the assembly passes through the rollers.

Reverse the motion so the assembly passes through the rollers a second time and exits the front of the tool.
Remove the cutting mat and open the folder to see your results.

Optional: To heighten the effect of the embossing, gently rub a 400 grit polishing paper over the surface of the focal, removing the color from the embossed design on the raised areas only.

Optional: Punch holes in the focal to accommodate your design.
