STEP 1
Cut an approximately 16-inch length of wire.
STEP 2
Place the bead or component of your choice in the center of the stone to verify that it will rest properly once wrapped.
STEP 3
Wrap one end of the length of wire around the neck (just below the loop) on the Artistic Wire® WRAPPERS™ component, leaving an approximately one-inch tail.
STEP 4
Position the bead or component in the center of the WRAPPER.

Holding the bead or component in place, bring the wire over the center of the back side of the WRAPPER then pass through one of the grooves along the edge of the opposite side of the WRAPPER. Wrap over the front side of the WRAPPER then through one of the grooves close to the loop.

Continue to wrap the wire around the WRAPPER component resting the wire in an adjacent groove to the previous with each pass, securing the center component in place.

Tip:
  • Wrap the wire around notches that are not directly across from the previous notch to alter the wrapping pattern
  • String beads onto the wire as you wrap to embellish the wire
STEP 5
Once the grooves are filled or the component is wrapped as desired, wrap the wire around the neck to secure the end of the wire. Trim excess wire from each end of the wire.
STEP 6
Attach a jumpring or bail to the loop on the Artistic Wire® WRAPPERS™ component then string as desired.
