Soutache (pronounced soo-tash) is made of two rows of cording wrapped in polyester with a tight groove down the center resulting in a flat herringbone pattern braid. Use for bead embroidery jewelry designs to outline and accentuate beadwork and as trim on fashion accessories, clothing and home décor. Treating trimmed ends with glue, such as Dritz® Fray Check™ liquid, is recommended to prevent ends from fraying.
