Favorite Charity: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig's disease) and Oak Hill United Methodist Church
My husband has ALS and I stay home with him. Since I'm home I started making jewelry and selling it to raise funds, to help find a cure. I also donate jewelry to the youth group and a ladies group at the church I attend. I give jewelry to the homeless ladies at the homeless shelter at different times during the year.
It is hard to pick a favorite charity because I enjoy making the jewelry and donating it. I have made special pieces for patients with ALS and also caregivers for ALS. I donate the money 100% to the charity from the sales I make and jewelry that I donate they keep all the money they make for their charities.
