Single-Strand Necklace and Earring Set with Crystal Passions® Beads, Accu-Flex® Beading Wire and Silver-Plated Brass Ribbon Crimp Ends

Necklace

STEP 1
Using flush-cutters, cut the following:
  • 130 3-inch lengths of clear Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire
  • One 2-inch length and one 4-inch length of silver-finished 9x6mm Figaro chain
STEP 2
Line up 26 3-inch lengths of beading wire. Place a piece of transparent tape over the end of the wires to hold the ends in place. Repeat to attach a piece of tape to the opposite end of the twenty-six 3-inch lengths of beading wire. Cut one end of the wires in an arch leaving one side of the wires 1-5/8 inches and the other side 2 inches in length. Trim the excess tape.
STEP 3
Pass one end of the taped beading wire into a ribbon end. Place a small amount of glue (E-6000® Jewelry and Craft Adhesive) on the inside of the ribbon end (optional). Using chain-nose pliers, compress the ribbon end over the wires. Repeat to attach a ribbon end to the opposite end of the beading wires.
STEP 4
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to make a total of five beading wire components.
STEP 5
String one Crystal Passions bead onto an eyepin. Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a simple loop on the straight end of the wire. Repeat to create four Crystal Passions beading links and one Crystal Passions bead drop using one Crystal Passions bead and one headpin.
STEP 6
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 4mm jumpring. Pass it through the loop on a lobster claw clasp and the first link of the 2-inch length of chain. Close the jumpring.

Open a 4mm jumpring. Pass it through the last link of the 2-inch length of chain and the loop on the first ribbon end. Close the jumpring
STEP 7
Continue to attach the following components:
  • Four sets of one Crystal Passions beading link and one beading wire component
