Creating the Focal

STEP 3
Pass one oval jump ring through one of the outer "3" loops of one 16x5mm link, one small medium green drop and the "1" loop of one 9x5mm link then close. Repeat with the other outer "3" loop.

Repeat to connect a small cobalt drop and one 9x5mm link to the center "3" loop of the same 16x5mm link.
STEP 4
Using two 16x5mm links, line up the "2" loop sides with the bottoms of the three 9x5mm links from Step 3 (the center 9x5mm link will overlap with the inside loops of the adjacent 9x5mm links).

Using one oval jump ring each, connect the two large links to the three small links with small medium green drops on the outer two loops and small cobalt drops to the inner two loops.
STEP 5
Create the next row of links by aligning two 16x5mm links upside down so the "3" loop sides are facing up.

Using oval jump rings, attach the following drops in order from left to right to their respective loops on the two links:

  • One small cobalt drop
  • One small medium green drop
  • One small cobalt drop
  • One small medium green drop
  • One small cobalt drop
STEP 6
Create the next row of 9x5mm links and drops using the following:

  • One small medium green drop
  • One small cobalt drop
  • One small cobalt drop
  • One small medium green drop
STEP 7
Connect a 16x5mm link to the previous row of 9x5mm links using one small medium green drop, one small cobalt drop and one small medium green drop.

Connect one 9x5mm link to the bottom of the 16x5mm link using two small medium green drops.

Attach one large cobalt drop to the "1" loop at the bottom to complete the focal.

Finishing the Necklace

STEP 8
Connect the following, in order, using round jump rings:

  • One cubic zirconia 10mm flat round link

  • One large cobalt link
  • One cubic zirconia 10mm flat round link

Connect the last flat round link and one small medium green drop to one of the "2" loops at the top of the focal using an oval jump ring.

Repeat to connect a second strand of links and one small medium green drop to the other "2" loop at the top of the focal.
STEP 9
Attach each of the 5mm jump rings from the lobster claw clasp to the ends of the linked strands.

STEP 4
Pass one oval jump ring through one small medium green drop, one of the "2" loops from the 9x5mm link in Step 3 and one "2" loop from one 16x5mm link then close.

Repeat to connect a small medium green drop and the other "2" loop from the 9x5mm link with the remaining "2" loop from the 16x5mm link.
STEP 5
Arrange one 16x5mm 2 to 3 loop link so it is upside down compared to the previous links, with the side of "3" loops from the top link adjacent to the side of "3" loops with the new link.

Using one oval jump ring for each set of loops, connect the following:
