STEP 1
Using flush-cutters, cut two 1-1/2 inch and two 2-inch lengths of black rubber cord.
STEP 2
Pass the end of the 2-inch length of black rubber cord through a cord end. Place a small amount of glue on the inside of the cord end (optional). Using chain-nose pliers, compress the cord end onto the rubber cord.

Repeat to attach a cord end to the opposite end of the 2-inch length of black rubber cord.

Repeat to attach a cord end to the end of each of the 1-1/2 inch lengths of black rubber cord and the second 2-inch length of black rubber cord.
STEP 3
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 4mm jumpring. Pass the open ring through the loop on the toggle bar portion of the clasp. Repeat to add a second jumpring to the same loop.

Add two 4mm jumprings to the toggle ring portion of the clasp.

STEP 4
Using flush-cutters, cut a 10-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire one crimp tube, a 1/2 inch piece of French wire, and the first jumpring attached to the toggle portion of the clasp.
STEP 5
Pass the wire back through the crimp tube, leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the French wire and the jumpring so the French wire is formed in a nicely curved tube. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end.
