Using a craft knife cut one 9-inch length of 16mm flat leather cord.
Using scissors cut a 1-yard length of tangerine Purely Silk thread and thread it onto a needle.
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers separate one 4-1/4 inch length section of gunmetal aluminum curb chain.
Using a rotary hole-punch tool punch a hole, approximately 2.5mm, in the leather cord approximately 1/2 inch from each end of the 9-inch length of leather cord.
Using a craft knife create a 1-inch slit down the center of the 9-inch length of leather cord, beginning approximately 1-1/2 inches from one end. Repeat on other end.
Place the snap cap of the socket portion of one black-finished line 20 fastener into the appropriate size of the concave side on the anvil plate. Place the socket over the cap tube on back side of leather. Insert the setting tool into the tube of the socket. Hold setting tool straight and firmly strike with hammer until the tube and cap are secure.
Place the inner post side of the snap portion of the fastener onto the snap setter side on the anvil plate. Insert the tube of the stud through the hole on the back side of the leather. Place stud over the tube of the eyelet on the front side of leather. Hold setting tool straight and firmly strike with hammer until the tube and cap are secure.
Pass the needle from the tangerine Purely Silk thread through the first link on one end of the 4-1/4 inch length of gunmetal aluminum curb chain several times and create a finishing knot.
Beginning toward the center of the bracelet, pass the needle through the slit on one end. Bring the thread around the outside of the bracelet and through the slit once more. Repeat to wrap the thread around the outside of the opposite side of the leather cord to create a figure eight.
Repeat this pattern down the entire length of the slit keeping your thread neat against the next stitch.
Repeat Steps 4 and 5 to attach the last link on the opposite end of the 4-1/4 inch length of gunmetal aluminum curb chain.
Finish with a finishing knot, add a dab of GORILLA™ glue to each knot and set aside to dry according to manufacturer’s instructions.
