STEP 1
Using flush-cutters cut the following:
-
Two 9-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire
-
One 9-inch lengths of brown suede lace leather cord
-
Two 2-inch length of Wrapit® bronze 20-gauge wire
Using chain-nose pliers separate one 7-1/2 inch length of anodized aluminum gold 14x10mm twisted oval chain.
STEP 2
Pass one end of the 9-inch length of brown suede lace leather cord through one gold-plated 8x6mm oval jumpring. Fold the end of the leather cord (approximately 1/2 inch) over creating a loop. Beginning just below the oval jumpring, wrap one 2-inch length of 20-gauge wire neatly around the overlapping suede lace approximately four times to secure the loop; trim off excess wire.
STEP 3
Pass the opposite end of the suede lace through the last link on one end of one 7-1/2 inch length of anodized aluminum gold 14x10mm twisted chain and back through the next link on the chain.
Pull the leather cord through the link until the wrapped end reaches just past the previous link of chain.
Repeat to weave the leather cord through the entire length of chain.
STEP 4
Repeat Step 2 to secure an oval jumpring to the opposite end of the suede lace.
STEP 5
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open forty-four 8x6mm oval jumprings and six 4mm jumprings. Attach one 8x6mm oval jumpring to one side of the last link on one end of the 14x10mm twisted chain. Repeat to attach one oval jumpring to the opposite side of the same link.
Repeat to attach two oval jumprings to every link on the 7-1/2 inch length of anodized aluminum gold 14x10mm twisted chain.
STEP 6
String onto one 9-inch length of beading wire one gold-plated 2x1.5mm crimp bead and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead and pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).
Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one gold-plated 4mm crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
STEP 7
String the following onto the beading wire:
-
One gold-plated 7x2mm flower bead cap
-
One Celestial Crystal glass white with orange 10x8mm rondelle
-
One 7x2mm flower bead cap
-
One oval jumpring attached to one side of the first twisted chain from Step 5
-
One gold-plated 6x1.5mm flower bead cap
-
One glass white with orange 6x4mm rondelle
-
One 6x1.5mm flower bead cap
-
The next oval jumpring attached to the adjacent twisted chain link
Repeat this stringing sequence a total of eleven times to string all the oval jumprings on the same side.
STEP 8
Continue to string the following:
-
One gold-plated 7x2mm flower bead cap
-
One glass white with orange 10x8mm rondelle
-
One 7x2mm flower bead cap
STEP 9
Repeat Step 6 to secure the strand.
STEP 10
Repeat the stringing sequence in Step 7 reversing the stringing order of the rondelles and their corresponding bead caps.
STEP 11
Continue to string the following:
-
One 6x1.5mm flower bead cap
-
One glass white with orange 6x4mm rondelle
-
One 6x1.5mm flower bead cap
STEP 12
Pass one 4mm jumpring through the loop on one end of half of one 3-strand slide lock clasp and the Accu-Guard on one end of one glass bead strand. Close the jumpring.
Attach one 4mm jumpring to the center loop on the same half of the 3-strand clasp and the oval jumpring attached to the suede lace on the same end. Attach one 4mm jumpring to the last loop and the second glass bead strand on the same end.
STEP 13
Repeat Step 12 to attach the second half of the clasp to the opposite end of the bracelet. Make sure that the halves of the clasp are facing opposite directions so they slide into each other.
