Big Guys in the Works!
I had my angel experience in a dream of a great angel being at my side in a time of great danger. He was remarkably tall, shimmered and pulsated with light, with great rivulets of what looked like lightning cascading down his mighty wings, like raindrops. I did not see his face, but I did see his great hand next to mine, and his cascading silver-gold hair ... he was so calm and quietly resolute, facing into the darkness that was before me. He filled me with calm, and took away my fears of what I was facing. I felt a soft, warm wind in this dream, and smelled the scent of roses and wild violets. Ever since that dream, which was almost 30 years ago, I have asked for the help of the Archangels whenever I have faced danger or true difficulty, and they have made me feel protected and loved. I know, from my dream (which was so real and stunning) that I am never alone. The marvelous beauty of my dream was unbelievably powerful, and this power has never lessened for me. I am still filled with wonder over my dream. I feel I always will be. And I know that, no matter what happens, I will always be loved and protected by the most beautiful beings in the universe.
Inspiration for Story: I will soon be starting work on three large paintings, each 8' x 4', on cradled panels, in oils, of the Archangels Gabriel, Raphael, and Michael. I want you all to know that I will be using Swarovski flat back crystals, when the paintwork is finished on these, to add sparkle and highlights to my Archangels in candlelight ... as an example, I'll be using very tiny (1.9 to 2.1mm) clear AB flat backs in their eyes, that they may reflect light most beautifully. These paintings are going to be a gift to our military, for their main chapel at Fort Lewis. I'm creating these Archangel paintings to thank our defenders, the valorous guardians of our freedom, for their service to us. I want to create these paintings as beautifully as I can, and the subtle and lovely highlights created by the tiny Swarovski crystals I'll be using throughout each painting will give them an elegance and immediacy that will, I think, make these paintings very special, and, hopefully, make them a fitting gift to the bravest of the brave. And Fire Mountain is where I'm going to buy the crystals to finish these works! So you guys will have a part in this gift! They will take me months to create, it will be a lot of hard work, but I'm going to love it. I hope you approve. I'll send photos when the paintings are finished and in place in the Fort Lewis chapel. Thank you for making these superlative-quality crystals available for my work. You guys are the best!
