Special Order FAQs
If we don't currently carry an item, it doesn't mean you're out of luck. We're happy to work with you to source items for a special order. Here are some common questions about special orders to help you get started.
What is a special order?
A special order can be requested when you'd like to purchase goods that are not in our inventory. This can include:
Do I have to be a current customer to place a special order?
No. Platinum Partners, current customers and new customers are welcome to inquire about special orders.
Jewelry-making supplies we do not currently carry
Specific jewelry-making components
How do I request a special order?
Contact our friendly Platinum Partner Representatives by phone at (888)-364-4378 or email at
firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gather information on your needs and then review the availability, shipping and cost.
Is there a minimum to place a special order?
Yes, there is a minimum of $250 per item number.
Is a deposit required on special orders?
The need for a deposit will vary. Any deposit needed will be communicated before a special order is finalized. Deposits are not refundable.
How are special orders shipped?
Special orders are typically shipped FedEx Express with a signature required for delivery. Any special-order shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are the direct shipping costs of the order.
Are special orders returnable?
Special orders cannot be canceled or returned.
