When I'm working with wire, I notice my tools are leaving marks behind. How can I avoid marring the wire?
You can use nylon jaw pliers or you can dip the nose of your steel jawed pliers into Tool Magic®, a heavy-duty, flexible rubber coating solution, the day before you plan to work. This gives it time to set up.
I do a lot of wirework and have found the true secret to fewer marks is practice—the more you work with wire, the better you'll get and the fewer marks you'll leave behind.
