What Counts as a Special Order?

Request a special order when you want items not currently available in our inventory, including:

  • Out-of-stock or low-stock products
  • Items we don’t usually carry
  • Variations or specs such as:
    • Different plating/finish
    • Different sizes
    • Specific jewelry‑making components

How It Works

  1. Tell us what you need.
    Share item details, quantities, timeline, and any specs or acceptable alternatives.
  2. We confirm your request.
    One of our friendly Platinum Partner representatives will reach out to you to better understand your needs.
  3. We confirm availability and pricing.
    We'll work with our vendors or find a new source for your item. We'll review options, lead times, shipping and costs, and provide you a quote.
  4. Approve your quote.
    Some orders may require a non refundable deposit (you’ll be notified before we proceed).
  5. We place the order and ship.
    Most special orders ship via FedEx Express with signature required. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and reflect direct carrier costs.

FAQs

Do I have to be a current customer to place a special order?

No. Platinum Partners, current customers and new customers are welcome to inquire about special orders.

Is there a minimum?

Yes. There is a minimum of $1,000 per order and at least $250 per SKU (stock number).

Is a deposit required?

Sometimes. If a deposit is needed, we’ll let you know before finalizing the order. Deposits are not refundable.

How are special orders shipped?

Special orders are typically shipped using FedEx Express with a signature required for delivery. Customers are responsible for any special-order shipping costs, including the direct shipping costs of the order.

Can I return or cancel a special order?

No. Special order sales are final and cannot be canceled or returned.
