What Counts as a Special Order?
Request a special order when you want items not currently available in our inventory, including:
- Out-of-stock or low-stock products
- Items we don’t usually carry
- Variations or specs such as:
- Different plating/finish
- Different sizes
- Specific jewelry‑making components

We'll work with our vendors or find a new source for your item. We'll review options, lead times, shipping and costs, and provide you a quote. - Approve your quote.
Some orders may require a non refundable deposit (you’ll be notified before we proceed). - We place the order and ship.
Most special orders ship via FedEx Express with signature required. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and reflect direct carrier costs.

Do I have to be a current customer to place a special order?
No. Platinum Partners, current customers and new customers are welcome to inquire about special orders.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. There is a minimum of $1,000 per order and at least $250 per SKU (stock number).
Is a deposit required?
Sometimes. If a deposit is needed, we’ll let you know before finalizing the order. Deposits are not refundable.
How are special orders shipped?
Special orders are typically shipped using FedEx Express with a signature required for delivery. Customers are responsible for any special-order shipping costs, including the direct shipping costs of the order.
Can I return or cancel a special order?
No. Special order sales are final and cannot be canceled or returned.
