Sterling silver grommets can be used to reinforce holes in large-hole beads with a 4mm hole or as a component when creating one-of-a-kind beads. Inside diameter of grommet is 3.5mm; outside diameter without lip is 4x2mm; outside diameter with lip is 5.5x2mm.
