High-quality disc cutter set creates large squares from gold, silver, copper, brass, tin, bronze and aluminum from 36 gauge to 20 gauge.
Slide metal between the plates of the cutter, select a die, insert it into the corresponding hole and with a heavy copper head hammer, hit the die once for best results.When using larger size punches on thicker gauge metal, a 1.5 lb or 2 lb hammer should be used.
Tool can cut beveled or straight edge cutouts. Steel punches come as a 5-piece set and are packaged in a convenient wood box. Before first use, block and dies should be wiped clean of light oil applied during shipment.
