Premium disc cutter and washer maker uses precision-machined die punches to cut four shapes: flat, dome and cone discs as well as washers. Works with 36-gauge to 20-gauge gold, silver, copper, brass, tin, aluminum and bronze sheets.
Set includes:
• (7) conical
• (7) convex
• (7) round
• (1) cutter tool
Slide metal between the plates of the cutter, select a die, insert it into the corresponding hole and with a heavy copper head hammer, hit the die once for best results. Place cutter on hard, solid surface when using. When using larger size punches on thicker gauge metal, a 1.5 lb or 2 lb hammer should be used. Beautifully packaged in a pine wood case.
