Turquoise blue is still one of the most popular colors in fashion. Find it here in solid color Czech glass, with contrasting caps of fire-polished white. Lace-like end caps beautifully offset the opaque turquoise bead for Old World luxury appeal.
The makers of cathedral glass beads find it more complicated to develop new colors in cathedral glass beads than in any other type of glass bead. The end-cap color must be applied to the bead first, then the facets are cut. After the cutting, the beads must be carefully polished by fire a second time.
