As cool and crisp as ice chips or the stars' glow on a chilly winter evening, crystal clear provides a fresh perspective on an often-overlooked color. Its ability to blend in with bold color palettes and stand out amongst softer hues embodies limitless design opportunities.
Crystal Passions'® AB effect, named for aurora borealis (the northern lights), is a term for crystal stones that have a highly iridescent surface. Created by in 1955 in collaboration with Christian Dior, the effect is achieved by vapor blasting the facets of the lower part of the crystals with an invisible, micro-thin metal sheet.
Crystal rivoli chatons are faceted to a point on both the top and bottom for a captivating sparkle. Foil back creates deep color intensity.
Crystal Passions rhinestones can be incorporated into an array of designs including wirework, glued into specifically calibrated SS39 faceted rivoli settings or set in polymer clay, metal clay, Apoxie® Sculpt, resin or Vitrium® Clay.
