There are a few ways to add color to your resin as long as you use dry or oil-based products. Once the resin is thoroughly mixed, add a tiny amount of oil paint on the tip of a toothpick. A drop goes far in this case, so only add your paint a drop at a time and mix between drops. This is the recommended way to add liquid color given by the manufactures of resin. There are other colorants on the market, but there can be compatibility issues and the end result cannot be guaranteed, so it's best to stick with this proven method.

To add a bit of glitz and pizzazz to your resin, use common kitchen spices such as paprika, pepper, turmeric, curry and cinnamon. You can also mix in glitter or mica powders.
