Remove the End on a Caprice Chain, How-To

Caprice necklace and bracelet chains have two 8x5mm end caps. One end cap features a lobster claw clasp. The opposite end cap unscrews, allowing large-hole beads and bead keepers to slide on.

Instructions

Step 1
Step 1

Using your fingers, grasp the eye-end of the clasp on one end of the caprice chain and turn it counter-clockwise; twisting until the end is removed.

(Remember: Righty-tighty, Lefty-loosey)

Step 2

Slide onto the chain any large-hole beads you've selected.

Step 3

Place the eye-end back onto the chain end and twist clockwise to secure.

Bead Keeper Design Tip: Bead keepers may be used to hold focal beads in place on the caprice chain, and because they don't lock down on the chain they are easily re-arranged to frequently update your designs.
