Instructions
Cut the following:
Insert one 40x30mm cameo into a Cinch Mount focal then cinch the neck using a pair of chain-nose pliers.
Mix Devcon® 5 Minute® epoxy according to manufactures instructions.
Using a toothpick, apply Devcon to the back of one 9mm heart bail. Glue the bail onto the back of the cameo. Repeat to glue the remaining five bails onto the back of the cameo. Use the design image as a guide for the approximate placement of the bails.
Pass one 8mm jump ring through one 22x15mm baroque drop and the cinch loop of the focal then close.
Set aside to cure.
String onto the length of beading wire: one crimp and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a crimp cover.
String onto the beading wire:
String onto the length of beading wire: one crimp, one length of French wire and the top glue-on bail on one side of the focal. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the French wire leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire.
Repeat Step 4 using the 11-inch length of Accu-Flex.
String onto the beading wire:
Repeat Step 6 using the middle glue-on bail on the focal (on the same side used in Step 6).
Repeat Step 4 using the 12-inch length of Accu-Flex.
String onto the beading wire:
Repeat Step 6 using the bottom glue-on bail on the focal (on the same side used in Step 6).
Pass one 4mm jump ring through the Accu-Guard on the 10-inch strand and the bottom loop of one half of the hook clasp.
Repeat to attach the 11-inch strand to the middle loop of the clasp and the 12-inch strand to the top loop of the clasp.
Repeat Steps 4 - 11 to complete the second half of the necklace.
String one aquamarine golden Sahara 3mm round onto an eye pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of eighteen 3mm links.
String one brecciated jasper 4mm round onto an eye pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of ten 4mm round links.
String onto a head pin: one beaded rondelle, one aquamarine golden Sahara 6mm round and one beaded rondelle then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a total of 12 drops.
Connect the following in order:
Repeat to create a total of four "short" linked drops.
Connect the following in order:
Repeat to create a total of four "medium" linked drops.
Connect the following in order:
Repeat to create a second "long" linked drop.
Attach the following to the 6-loop drop:
Pass one 4mm jump ring through one 6mm drop and the inside loop of the 6-loop drop then close.
Attach one ear wire to the top loop of the 6-loop drop.
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to create a second earring.
