Instructions
Use flush cutters and cut the bronze Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire:
To create the outer loop of the earring, string one sterling silver 2mm smooth tube crimp onto one 10-inch length of beading wire.
Loop the beading wire around one closed 8mm round antique gold-plated brass jump ring. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp and pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug but not tightly against the jump ring.
Leave approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the short end. Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Cover the crimp with a 4mm round antique gold-plated brass round crimp cover.
String the following onto this length of beading wire, including the short tail until it is hidden:
Then thread on the far left hole of the black bone spacer bar.
Below the spacer bar, string the following:
Add one 15x4mm patikan palm wood hand-cut rondelle bead. Then repeat the pattern of Step 4 in the opposite order until you reach the spacer bar.
Thread on the far right hole of the black bone spacer bar. Above the spacer bar, repeat the pattern of Step 3 in the opposite order.
Add a sterling silver 2mm smooth tube crimp. Loop the beading wire around the same 8mm round antique gold-plated brass jump ring. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp and one or two beads further.
Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug but not tightly against the jump ring.
Crimp, then cover the crimp with a 4mm round antique gold-plated brass round crimp cover. Close the crimp cover, then trim any excess from the trailing end of the beading wire.
To create the inner loop of the earring, string one sterling silver 2mm smooth tube crimp onto one 7-inch length of beading wire.
Loop the beading wire and pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so a very small loop is visible above the crimp tube, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the short end.
Crimp, then cover the crimp with a 4mm round antique gold-plated brass round crimp cover.
Thread on the inner left hole of the black spacer bar over the beading wire, including both the longer length and the short end. If the short end of the beading wire extends below the spacer bar, trim it so no excess shows.
Below the spacer bar, string the following:
Add one 10x5mm patikan palm wood hand-cut flat round bead. Then repeat the pattern of Step 7 in the opposite order until you reach the spacer bar.
Thread on the inner right hole of the black spacer bar.
Above the spacer bar, string one sterling silver 2mm smooth tube crimp. Loop the beading wire and pass the beading wire back through the crimp.
Pull the beading wire so a very small loop is visible above the crimp tube and thread the extra length down inside the same hole of the spacer bar.
Crimp, then cover the crimp with a 4mm round antique gold-plated brass round crimp cover.
Add two 4mm 20-gauge antique gold-plated brass round jump rings to the larger 8mm jump ring and close them.
Add another two 4mm 20-gauge antique gold-plated brass round jump rings to the two 4mm jump rings. Attach the loop of a 17mm antique gold-plated fishhook ear wire.
Close the jump rings.
Repeat Steps 2 - 9 to create the second earring.
