How to Create a Jens Pind Linkage Chainmaille Weave

Instructions

Step 1

Pass a piece of scrap wire or a twist tie through a closed jump ring then twist to secure.

Step 2

Pass a jump ring through the jump ring connected to the wire, then close.

Step 3

Pass a jump ring through the eye of the two previously added rings, then close.

Step 4

Pass a jump ring through the eye of the two previously added rings, in front of the first jump ring, then close.

Step 5

Pass a jump ring through the eye of the two previously added rings, under the second jump ring, then close.

Step 6

Pass a jump ring through the eye of the two previously added rings, above the third jump ring, then close.

Step 7

Repeat Steps 4 - 6 until the chain is the desired length.
