Mix Devcon® 5 Minute® Epoxy according to manufacturer's instructions. Place a thin layer of adhesive inside the 18mm rivoli setting of the gold-plated 19mm round drop and on the back of the Crystal Passions crystal vitrail medium 18mm chaton. Press the chaton into the setting. Repeat to create two Crystal Passions crystal vitrail medium 18mm rivoli chaton mounted drops.
Using scissors cut one 40-foot length of beige 5mm nylon cord.
Using flush-cutters cut the following lengths of chain:
Fold a 40-foot cord over and match up the ends, creating two strands. Wrap the end of 5-inch length of Zebra Wire around the center of the cord three to four times to secure the cords to the wire.
Create an "S" shape with the cords by bringing the right hand strand into a loop with the tail toward you.
Bring the left-hand strand around the back to the front of the loop. Then pass the looped piece of the left-hand strand through the loop from the left to the right. Tighten the right-hand strand to capture the loop.
Pass a looped piece of the right-hand strand through the previous loop. Tighten the left-hand strand to capture the loop. Pass a looped piece of the left-hand strand through the previous loop. Tighten the right-hand strand to capture the loop.
Continue to weave the cords for 46 inches.
Tighten the last loop. Trim the cords and melt the ends of the cord with a lighter or other heat source.
Pass the end of a 5-inch length of Zebra Wire through the end of the woven cord and tightly wind the wire around the woven cord to secure the cord in place.
Pass the straight end of the wire through one antiqued gold-plated 16x15mm cone and one 6mm round riverstone bead. Use round-nose pliers to create a loop, leaving the excess wire. Attach the loop to the first link of a 5-inch length chain. Finish the end with a wrapped loop using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters.
Repeat to attach one antiqued gold-plated 16x15mm cone and one 6mm round riverstone bead to the opposite end of the woven cord belt.
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 6mm jumpring. Pass it through the last link on the first 5-inch length of chain and the loop on one Crystal Passions crystal vitrail medium 18mm rivoli chaton mounted drop. Close the jumpring.
Repeat to attach one Crystal Passions crystal vitrail medium 18mm rivoli chaton mounted drop to the second 5-inch length of chain on the second end of the woven cord.
