- Clasp, magnetic slide lock, imitation rhodium-plated "pewter" (zinc-based alloy), 21x10mm rectangle with glue-in ends, 8x3mm inside diameter
- Eye pin, gunmetal-plated brass, 2-1/2 inches, 21 gauge
- Bead, fire crackle agate (dyed / heated), 8mm round, B grade, Mohs hardness 6-1/2 to 7
- Focal, gunmetal-plated steel, 30x20mm double-sided hammered flat open oval
- Cord, leather (coated), metallic bronze, 2mm
- Bead, black and white sardonyx (dyed), 8mm round, B grade, Mohs hardness 6-1/2 to 7
- Bead, green brecciated jasper (natural), 8mm round, B grade, Mohs hardness 6-1/2 to 7
- Adhesive, E6000® Jewelry and Craft Adhesive, clear
Instructions
Step 1
String one 8mm fire crackle agate round, one 8mm sardonyx round and one 8mm green brecciated jasper round onto an eye pin then create a simple loop.
Step 2
Pass one loop of the beaded link around the end of a 30x20mm open oval, then close. Repeat with the opposite loop on the opposite end of the oval to attach the link inside the component.
Step 3
Cut four 10-inch lengths of leather cord.
Step 4
Use a lark's head knot to add a length of cord to the open oval component. Slide the knot directly next to the loop of the beaded link. Repeat to add a second length of cord to the opposite side of the loop.
Repeat to add two cords to the opposite end of the oval component.
Step 5
Trim cords to the desired length.
Apply adhesive to the four cord ends on one side of the bracelet and insert them into one half of a magnetic slide clasp. Set aside to cure.
Repeat to add the second half of the clasp to the opposite end of the bracelet.
