Instructions
Cut out an image of a Native American woman from Lisa Pavelka's waterslide transfer images.
Following the instructions included, transfer the image onto one 24x20mm rectangular blank embellishment. Set aside to dry.
Using a pair of hole-punch pliers, punch three holes along one long edge of a 24x20mm rectangular blank: one hole near the top, bottom and middle.
Repeat using the second blank embellishment.
Use the Jooltool™ polishing system to buff the back of one blank embellishment for a textured look (this will be the back of the book component).
Print out the first few paragraphs of your favorite novel onto a sheet of paper that is approximately 22mm tall and wide enough to fold into a tiny book. The example design features the opening text from "The Last of the Mohicans: A Narrative of 1757" by James Fenimore Cooper.
Optionally, use a blank sheet of paper cut into a strip approximately 22mm wide and long enough to fold into a small book.
Fold the paper into a small book so that it fits between the two copper sheets without showing then glue the front page onto the back of the copper sheet with the image transfer and the back page onto the other copper sheet. Do not cover the holes.
Pass one 8mm jump ring through the top hole of both copper blanks then close. Repeat with the center holes.
Pass one 8mm jump ring through the bottom hole of both copper blanks and one 16x11mm arrowhead drop then close.
Pass the chain through the top jump ring of the book component to finish the necklace.
