Dip a pair of flat-nose pliers in Tool Magic® liquid rubber tool dip. Let them dry overnight.
Cut one 10-inch length of 22-gauge Zebra Wire™ red wire.
Make a 90-degree bend in the wire about 3 inches from one end. Thread on your desired pattern of twenty-one 4mm Crystal Passions® round pearl beads. Make a 90-degree bend in the end of the wire beyond the pearls so they are snug against the bend.
Curve the wire around to form a circle of beads. Point the bends outward so they project from the front of the wreath evenly, and the beads from each end meet. Use the tip of chain-nose pliers to make a second 90-degree bead in each wire 5mm from the original bends, so each wire protrudes out 5mm in front of the top of the wreath, then points upwards, evenly.
Slide a 13x7mm antique silver-plated bow bead onto both wires and let it drop to the bends so it nests evenly atop both. Push the bow down so it is snug against both bends. Then, on top of the bow, wrap the shorter tail of wire around the longer tail once and push the wrap down so everything is snug together. Cut off and tuck in the excess of the shorter tail you just wrapped with. Using flat-nose pliers dipped in Tool Magic, straighten the bow and make it sit in front of the top beads in the wreath.
Thread one Crystal Passions® 6mm rouge round pearl followed by 5x5mm antique silver-plated star bead, point up, onto the remaining tail of wire. Make a wrapped loop tight against the top hole of the star bead. Secure the wrap straight, inside the hole of the star bead. Use a drop of Super Glue® adhesive if needed.
Add a 23mm 21-gauge titanium fishhook ear wire to the wrapped loop so the bow orients forward.
Repeat Steps 1 - 7 for the second earring.
