Crimp covers aren’t just for concealing crimps. See also how these handy jewelry findings can hide knots on jewelry thread and cord as expert jewelry maker Tammy Honaman walks you through the steps.
Use scissors to trim the excess thread as close to the tied knot as possible.
Place a crimp cover over the trimmed knot then use crimping pliers or chain-nose pliers to close. Slowly work the crimp cover closed for a seamless finish.
