Cut a length of wire.
Fold the wire in half at its center then twist the ends together to create a working handle.
Pass one large jumpring through the wire handle then close. Repeat to attach a second jumpring creating double jumprings.
Attach two small jumprings to the large jumprings, creating a 2-2 chain.

Pass a large floater jumpring between the two large jumprings and around the two small jumprings, without passing through the center of any.

Attach one large jumpring through the two small jumprings on each side of the floater.

Repeat until the Celtic line is the desired length.
